Mobile is a non vr phone version 

When that menu is open then you are in interaction mode in a future update will change it

pinch with thumb and index fingers

if you are in the hand tracking experimental version you need to pinch using your pinky and thumb fingers 

you need to click a thumbstick in for the menu lasers to popup to select a menu

if you are using a quest device you need to run it with meta xr

The quest 3 and 2 both are good headsets and have alot of supported games. You can find second hand quest 2 headsets cheap and it would be a good option if you haven't tried vr yet

It's a bug and it happens to some phones reinstalling it sometimes fixes it

You need the meta quest app to play it on pc with a quest. Steam vr doesn't work with quest devices on the unreal engine version the game is built on

Quest 3 is a must have i like it even more then my Valve index the battery is meh but if you get a battery strap you'll be golden the pancake lenses are way superior totally worth the extra money instead of the 3S

Yes but not for quest devices it supports the valve index  and it should support the htc vive headsets, for quest devices you must set the meta quest app as your default xr environment

The issue has been resolved in the standalone Quest hand tracking experimental version. This problem occurs extremely rarely on PCs, and since the game is built on a recent Unreal Engine version, some instability issues remain that I haven't yet pinpointed. However, the standalone version runs flawlessly, is fully optimized, and even supports battery saving mode. For now, I  recommend trying the standalone version
