Very ominous vibes, I like it! It's a shame you weren't able to implement the mechanic to give NPCs items that correlated to their struggles, while playing I did notice the items previously picked up related to certain characters. I wonder what this place is and why everyone is stuck there - it sort of felt like an afterlife? Good job getting it submitted despite your hectic schedule!
