I really enjoyed this! I played some relaxing background music and had a fun time growing trees and seeing the money go up. Another UI issue I noticed was the watering can may block some of the apples in the beginning but once the camera zoomed out it wasn't a problem anymore. You could even make this an idle game of sorts if you include some kind of auto-collector as an upgrade in the future. Also consider number formatting for the money as it started to use scientific notation near the end!
