Sure, I don't mind :)
With that being said best to use what's actually in the pack to market it. I'd add a quick background of your own just for completness' sake.
As a customer Im super disappointed when I see something on the screenshots and then its not there in the product, and disclaimers can be missed.
Personally I try hard to avoid that. Eg. the SpaceRage pack includes UI elements I only used for marketing. They're incomplete, but I'd rather add them as good customer support :)
