I haven't run into much in the way of bugs in that particular transition, but it's not impossible that you might have a unique pacing conflict with some other event. Consider trying a couple of other events then come back to Episode T later, and let me know if it comes back.

Ok, I was in the middle of episode 10 when I tried doing episode T. I wanted to do it earlier but I had no idea where to find Pure Love. Anyway, I am now on episode 11 and episode T worked fine.
I have also started a new playthrough on Joiplay this time just so I can do more things earlier (and on a higer difficulty). I discovered that you can make Simone jump from the Orthrus building earlier than I did before, with the construction dude still up there. I can't stop laughing at it. I wish he had more of a reaction to seeing you again after that. I'm also a little upset that I can't use Joiplay's noclip cheat on this old version of rpgm. I still can't jaywalk! The impenetrable streets are still laughing at me! Anyway, I'm rambling. You made a really cool game.
