I'm not sure what you're referring to. Please provide the link where you obtained this information, or take a screenshot and post it here.

If you meant "The Value". It just indicates how much that Module is worth. Right now, the higher the price, the better the views/followers/subs you get when you stream.

We do not know whether Sheep is planning to add a way to sell Sexbot Parts in the future or not.

"Price" means "Value".

You can not sell Sexbot Part on version 0.90.15, and we do not know about quote on quote "Selling Sexbot Part" will be implemented or not in the later update.

Take a look on any other item. They all had quote on quote "The Price". Things like Food, Medicine, and even Clothes had "Price". It's only indicates its "Value", you can not sell them (Except for Fishes, because you can sell your fish to Mrs. Fisher).
