I don't know what the point of saying "this game supports controllers" is.
There are profiler programs (like JoyToKey) that can make a controller work with a game, regardless of the developer's intentions. The only PC games that can't use controllers are ones that require an entire keyboard, or ones that require extremely delicate or rapid mouse movement.
