The cards with zero are what we call tool cards which gives you Discard/Swap and Search values which gives you the power to change the cards on your hand, and they're free to use! We have a whole lot of colored backgrounds for the different types of cards but sadly we missed the chance to implement those. I will implement the borders on the next iteration.
