hey it's Chris (again) -
Really glad I got the chance to experience the 2-player version with my partner. I don't know if this was intended, but your game neatly addressed the video game coordination issue I have basically accepted between us. That means most of the time, she's the one with all the power ups, and occasionally, I make due with one or two. I felt like the experience would be strengthened with some sound effects, such as jumping or falling a long distance downwards.
I enjoyed it very much! I grew up grinding Maplestory jump quests, and I'm quite a social person, so a game that combines non-combat platform with co-op is beautiful to me. We reached the heart of the mountain, and I secretly hoped that you guys continue to explore this more or less untouched genre.
Great effort for the jam!

Thank you so much Chris! I'm glad you both enjoyed it, and I appreciate your patience as I worked through getting the new build up. I had a great time exploring this concept and think there's a lot more we can do to develop it further. It means a lot that our little game touched on so many great points for you, that's why we make games :) Cheers!
