When do you make the comics free (if you ever think of it, to do it in the future)?

I was thinking that once all the chapters of the same comic are finished and published, I will start the following week to make them free chapter by chapter, but I still don't know how many chapters the story will have, so I don't have a date to give you. I hope my answer is enough for you.
