From what I'm reading in the comments, the only LI I'm likely going to be interested in is Anna. I don't want anything to do with lesbian couples, or with LIs that involve MMF.

Well, you see, I'm not going to change my tastes to match yours. So I'm still going to dislike MMF.
I should add to this. There's at least three other LI's that don't involve any lesbian content, the MMF scene is not with a main LI.
