I think it's mainly for making stuff, but it could be that way, idk, I just know it's a good thing to have
True, but if i'm in the worker's or servants guilds or doing their quests specifically, I need a guy/girl to make stuff fast, Dwarf has that covered usually, but if they can make something faster with the right loadout, I kinda wanna know.
