the game might just not like your mobile device then I will assume as it is the only thing I can think of off hand.
Edit: I spoke with Xey, he saysa the game just does not like a lot of older Apple devices. How old if your device?

my device is the newest 10th gen iPad, I just bought it few months ago I think that a update on browser is also affecting it. Because it's a privacy report that blocks trackers/cookies I think some of those are required to play the game but I don't know how to turn it off I've opted to turn it off but yet it still continues to block important stuff to play it. If it isn't that then I have no idea either....
