Am on the "Halloween party" quest but i seems like i can not get it to start, can someone help? I have got the invite but the costume not, idk where to buy it, i tried Fiona but its says nothing in stock
To trigger Fiona offering costumes at the kiosk, you need to complete quests for Beatrix, Cassidy, Miku, Beatrix and Fiona herself. The planner in the HUD menu will help you figure out what to do for each girl.
