One strategy that I've seen that works pretty reliably is: have the Climax MP Drain and/or Climax Heal skill equipped from the Succubus outfit set. Then, you can drain the demon's MP to stop it from healing, and you can heal when you get low just by letting yourself get fucked (and/or using Charm)
Alternatively, if you're strong enough, have enough Cooldown, Speed, and Arcane stats, and enter the fight with fully-recharged Celestian Form and timestop meters, you might be able to simply whittle her health down to 0 through raw power. If you lower her health enough in normal or Celestian Form, then use the timestop when she's about to heal, you can get her down to 0 before she gets a chance to heal up.
