Hi, I've purchased this game on itch.io but I'm not able to download Realms 1 & 2. Realm 3 downloads fine, so this might be due to it being an external download or itch.io's notice that "Some regions have been known to block itch.io's CDN. If your downloads aren't starting then you can try enabling alternate download mode and trying again".

Do you offer any alternative download links for customers who've paid here, but are having download issues? If possible I'd just refund the game and buy it on steam, but I don't think itch.io offers refunds.

Hi there - may I ask if you are trying to download using the Itch App? If so, this has been known to cause issues when the files are held externally. If you try using the website in a browser, then the download should work normally.

Hi, thanks for the response! I ended up opening the external link on a mobile device and sending it from that to my PC. I looked into it, and it might have been an issue with my Chrome extensions since I have one for Mega. That being said, I haven't had that issue with any other Mega external link but either ways it's fixed so it's all good now.
