Do you have any screenshot of the message (with the date, the text, etc)? It would be useful for me

Unfortunately, I did not think to take a screenshot when I did this but it was definitely over a month ago. Here is what the form looks like on their site (see photo). I completed it, asking for help, and never received anything (was expecting some confirmation that they received my message but didn’t get anything). My email is jcsandoval56@gmail.com so I know if they search based on that, they will find my message.

A month without an answer is too much, I'll reach out to them and ask about it.
