u planed to put charachters from Honkai impact 3rd or Touhou Project?
I think they'll eventually port most of HI3 characters into HSR anyway. As for Touhou, it doesn't really fit the 'theme'.
make sense, also have way to pass level 20? i doing thing level +30 with level 20 charachter
You'll get +10 throughout the main story, and +5 for each 'Debt' quest.
