Hi there, I managed to download it using Chrome. Chrome did say that it could be harmful but I just clicked "keep" and it let me download the .exe.
BTW, the idea is very clever and actually quite well put together but I think there are some minor issues which could be polished and the "structure" of the game is missing in the sense that I don't have any motivation to play that long (but that's kind of to be expected for a jam game and it was great all around).
