On day 2 I went back to the Mayor's Office after visiting the workshop and I clicked on Ms. Beal's speech bubble and no dialogue came up. I tried clicking my mouse and hitting spacebar but the scene wouldn't advance.

I haven't been able to replicate your issue, unfortunately. I know on a PC right-clicking sometimes makes the text vanish but you said you tried clicking more and it wouldn't advance, so that probably isn't the problem. I looked into how that scene runs and processes advances in the story and I can't find anything that would cause that. I'm really sorry, but I'm not sure how to fix that at this point, but I'll keep trying to see if I can figure out what might be going wrong. If you've saved and refreshed the page and still have the issue, let me know.
