Are you playing the most recent build? That was in a much earlier build that was patched out.
I don't know. I didn't download it from itch, but I commented here so you'd be more likely to see it.
What version has the fix? I can't find it in the steam patch notes.
It was fixed in a hotfix patch shortly after 1.0.2 so it was not included in any patch notes, but I would recommend downloading the latest version (1.1.2) because a lot more bugs than that got fixed since.
