Unfortunately all farms are built into the map, Please purchase the fields or open lots to place items. Rest of the mentioned issues i will add to my list and check them. Thanks for reporting

I don't think I explained the problem properly, my apologies. For Snowcap I did purchase field 135, then changed my mind and moved south to Copper Farms and purchased field 136. I'm unable to sell either as it says I need to sell all placeables first even though I have not placed anything. Sorry for the confusion.
