I finished this quest and bought some magic key, but it still changes nothing. Am I doing everthing right?

And you used that Key to unlock the warehouse in the south-western plains and got the Deep Sea Pearl?

With that pearl you should be able to get a new transformation if you return with it to the tower where you got the mermaid tf. And with that tf form you can dive in the deep spots in the water.

i did deep sea pearl quest, but still can't enter into warehouse with my 440 reputation. Maybe I need some kind of quest? Also a lot of problems with Volcano and dragon form...

Oh you mean "that" abandound warehouse.

For that you simple need the Trash Cleaning Guild job to remove the two piles of trash near the wooden fences.

Afterwards you just can push the wooden fences aside to enter.
