Could you provide more information? Ideally a screenshot so that i can actually see what it looks like.
Does it happen with all saves? or is it just a particular one that it happens with?
And you mentioned you load from a new game, so do you start a new game and then hit load?
Hmm, very odd. Though without actually knowing what it looks like, and me not being able to reproduce it, there isn't much I can do I'm afraid. I'll ask around and see if anyone else has a similar problem, but yeah I've never heard of it before.
I guess all we could try is a trusty redownload and see if that does anything.
