I stepped on the transition to the fourth saferoom right as I filled up and the game told me I was full as I fell over twice, then told me I'm in a saferoom, and softlocked on a black screen.
Ah phooey. Sometimes that happens when filling up at the same time as entering a room transition; I'll see what I can do.
