If I delete stuff there, I should have removed it or at least free space again right?
appdata copies and secures your saves/files for later use like if you delete the game/app then download again. If you delete something in that folder you just delete copied things from the main file. If you delete something from there but resume playing there will be new ones. But if you delete and dont save something again there wont be anything.
