Yeah, I tried making some bots of them with "character.ai"! I didn't love how they turned out, the AI generated dialog feels kind of generic and doesn't always capture the personality of the characters. But they're kind of fun to talk to!

If you want to train the model on the dialog in the game, the game is open source! The dialog is in files like "BuizelDialog.hx", although it has some code surrounding it, it shouldn't be too hard to pick different parts out. That's what I did!
