I just block them easy, works for me anytime! Though itch should take care of things and make it so they can't post spam links anymore
I reported to Itch, (months ago) a fake developper posting an early version of an abandonned software of someone else, modified with a malware loader.
Itch NEVER took any action, nor replied...
Yeah i reported it too and nothing has been done about it.
Totaly agree its as if they dont care about the game devs if they are letting people make comments to fake updated
