I have 11 romance points with N, but their name doesn't appear as an option on chapter 11 when someone texts you on the phone after the interrogation. It's even possible or the choice to enter their branch appears later in the game?
This is probably just a choice between Rylan and Kian no matter your romantic choices, since I suppose you have them
