About the first question: Something went wrong, and the portal isn’t showing up in the city to go back. I’ll fix that and release a fix 1 version soon. In the meantime, you can go back to the main menu and load your save again, it should start before you entered the city.
About the second question: If you’re referring to new drawings, I’m not sure how much new sex content there is exactly, I did a rework on some of the character interaction art and also on the RV scene.
