That is really weird. Are you using this workaround? I recently heard it resets every time you reboot the Mac. If that's the case, I hope to have this fixed soon.

No i've not messed with any settings in Catalina. I've just restarted and Nimble kick still works, so i hope its magically fixed now. Fingers crossed

Strange, might be some weird MacOS thing that messed up Nimble Kick somehow. Let me know if it happens again or if you find any reproduce steps!
