1) in the arcade, the bonus frog comes at 20000 and I believe this does work.
2) I compared this to the arcade, the difficulty does ramp up quite a bit at that point, though I might add an 'easy' mode. You can add more lives using the DIP switches.
3) This one I will have to test further.
