You put a bomb to your left, and then, you put a bomb to your right. The bomb to your left will detonate first, launching you through the hole, allowing you to detonate the bomb to your right.
You’re meant to obtain an upgrade which gives you a second bomb, I’m pretty sure the part you’re stuck on is right after the intersection between the main path and the way to the upgrade
