I tried the alternative file and it is still giving me the same prompt as before that I shared an image of. "APP not installed as package appears to be invalid"

Could you try downloading it again, please? Also you could try install it from your files instead of your browser

Hi, thanks agin for replying so quickly. Apologies for any frustration or annoyance this likely is causing you. I do appreciate your efforts in trying to help me on this. Just tried downloading it again, this time from my files instead and it's still giving me the same prompt as before.

The file size seem to be odd. It is bigger than the file I uploaded. What are you using to download the file?

Hi, apologies for my second response so quickly after my response a few seconds ago. I tried downloading it again, just to try it just incase a fourth try is the charm. And it worked!! Still unsure why it didn't work the other times, but it works in downloading and updating. So sorry for the issue and hassle this has caused.

Again I really appreciate the help and effort you went to in trying to resolve this issue. I really do appreciate it.
