I believe one was with the potion maker, I believe the one were she was sitting in the middle or her herbs and the other one was one where the main char talked with (the blond girl), there their heads looked a bit squished I believe, so for now still pretty much in the beginning.

I randomly started a scene with the port girl, it looks like he is standing ther moving his hips with his arms paralyzed at least they looked a bit useless

You've described everything exactly as it is, but don't forget. I'm a beginner, and by the end of the game, all animations will return to normal. It's all about experience. There are still quite a few such things ahead xD

Alright, well I have no idea how that Ai stuff works, but I hope i didn't got it wrong that you were the one asking for every bug and what not? I downloaded 4 games to try so maybe i give you 100 details and it was the other guy wanting them.

Look, AI doesn't do animations. He's just making a picture. We clean it, divide it into parts, and put it into the spine program. And we are already making movements there. This can make the movement seem so jerky. =)
