The Galactic Repairman tried hiring Vader and Luke to make a cameo in the game, but they where to expensive to hire, the galactic repairmen don't get many jobs outside of it's home galaxy. As for the Guardians of the Galaxy, they where also unavailable. According to Argon, they said they where fighting in some sort of "infinity war" with a "guy in a metal suit" and a "wizard".
