I got stuck in room 203 with the boxes with screws. Can't back out.
Also, does the demo have only one location? Couldn't do anything when I walked outside the apartments so just wondering about this part.

Someone else reported the same issue with the boxes - couldn't reproduce it, but I'll keep looking into it!
No, there are multiple locations that will unlock after you call Sgt. Russell back after getting cut off. The demo is quite lengthy actually.
