Sometimes there may have been a problem when downloading the game and some files may be missing.
Can you download it again and try again?
I say this because so far people have downloaded the game several times and haven't had this problem. If there was a problem with the file itself, everyone would have reported it.
But of course, anything is possible... I'm just trying to rule out some possibilities first.
