Yeah it a weird NPC to be honest I still look at any work I have done on them after and I still find spelling/needs for clarification across the board would it surprise you I had to cut a few power card moves to meet the 2 pages. Anyways I was back and fourth on the staples/simple card move exchange for a while and I did decide to make it static mostly due to having some standard identity and coordination for what is needed, and trying to come up with what card draw and some other staples if the player has for an NPC was not something I want to tackle at this time still, granted that is still something that the card themselves can do and I would have to tackle that eventually so if I get a chance to flesh it out better for that regard.
For the questions Bargain isn't supposed to be an option as you have to build from the warrior Kings, the passive I tried to make it give an edge to make things work fluently for an NPC with what I think might be a decent selection for decks to think about. And yes the idea is that he immediately goes into the Player [Ace] and the passive enhancing or supporting the deck he stole play-style.
