I didn't notice the "already planning to address" in your reply to the other comment, so my only real "complaint", is the 'Auto Level' tower not being toggleable then :D I hope ya'll the best with the progress!
It kind of already is? You can't toggle in level, but you can right click on individual upgrades to downgrade them and refund the green triangles spent.
