Overall - What a polished game! I'm shocked this isn't already on Steam! You guys really knocked this out of the park. The presentation, the art style, the game mechanics. Everything was really top notch! Amazing work! My wife plans to keep playing after she gets home from work haha!

Fun - Definitely fun! Lots of variation between the terrariums and the characters. Really a delightful game through and through.

Theme - Definitely nailed the theme.

Aesthetics - Really really cute aesthetic. It felt so dang cozy! Mad props to your artist, this was a really delightful eyeful.

Music - Cute, unobtrusive, fit the vibe perfectly. Really excellent

Sound - Same note as the music. Everything was just so, so good.

Mechanics - I had a great time decorating! I wish I was able to rotate the items once I had picked them up. Leaving their orientation up to the whims of the swinging physics system made for some unfortunate drops!

Story - Hilarious and heartfelt. I could really feel the care that went into making this game through the story and how relatable it was. Everybody gets those first day jitters! And second day! AND THIRD DAY!

Woah, thank you for such an in-depth review!

We're very happy to hear you feel the game is polished, we'd still like to touch it up a bit here and there. As for it being on Steam we feel like it would need at least double the current levels +  some extra features that aren't limited by WebGL + some repeatable content for people to play because right now it's a short game! We're considering our options with this one for sure! - If people wanna buy it for what it is right now they can do so through Itch too haha.  (P.S. we do have a steam game in progress called Oh Tennis #ad)

We're so glad it turned out fun, it was a little tricky to chose the way  the player interacts with the objects and how they interact with each other to make sure it's fun but challenging!

Our main focus was to be spot on with the theme, because we felt that was the point of the jam! :D

Our artist is great, but because he's an artist his words were "Eh it could've been better"! The eternal struggle of artists eh? haha

Music wise we were forced by the timeframe to rely on the YouTube audio library. Had we had more time I would've liked to try make our own music (Even though I don't know anything about that lol).

Sound wise we did spend some time on it as sound is 70% of the feel of the game. There's still some adjustments I'd like to make there.

Mechanics wise, technically the item should rotate based on where you grab them from I imagine it like picking up an item with two fingers by a point, the rest of it should dangle below. You can also do a flick of the wrist with the item to throw it in the air and then catch it again in a better position! We'll have to take a look and balance that out, but we also like the chaotic nature of the items not falling into place and your monitor being seconds away from an imminent punch!

Story wise we're glad we could deliver, we were lucky to have a writer with us that made the characters feel alive. If it was only us developers I'm not sure they would be half as good or even exist!

Thank you again for your detailed review it means a lot to hear people like our game! Good luck to the wife getting those 3 stars on all the levels (or get all the dialogs for all the levels ;) - meaning get 1, 2, 3 starts on each!).
