When will be released for Android and free
Sadly, as explained in the latest post, I wasn't able to do an Android port. I'm searching for someone to help with it. In the meantime, you'll have to use apps to run RPGM games on Android, like Joiplay.
When will be it free
It is. You can download it freely. If you want to pay a bit for it, to support my work, you can, but you can skip that part and get it for free ^^
