Lelve 12 should be more than enough, if you want to take him down, I'd say. Maybestock up on potions first, and try come combos on the dummy ? And of course, that's if you want to kill him, using transformation is much easier ^^ But it means leaving Illonia to him ^^

0.13 requires fresh saves anyway, so you couldn't have used them. But there is a folder in the game "walkthrough & saves", with a save starting a the end of 0.12 (I just rushed the story though, no side content is done). So feel free to use it ;)
Illonia's destiny will depend of her exclusivity, yes. But appart from this moment, and some small dialogues changes here and there, there's nothing on real importance now. The idea for it is when I add more random events, it will determine if the girl go out to fuck someone else, or not. So if you want to have all the girls for yourself, get their exclusivity as high a possible. if you like to share, well, just keep it low, and let everyone have fun. For the allegiance, it helps with the quest when you need the orders from both camp, as having at least 3 points for a faction makes it so that they give it to you (so if you want to keep Illonia for you, that's how you do it). Also, having at least 3 point makes the mobs of that faction hav a new skill, where they just grope Illonia or Lothar instead of attacking. Having -3 with a faction makes the mob of that faction stronger. Of course, this will get mor developped in the future ^^
Either you use your spells and have Illonia seduce him (bimbo for her, and tease on her part). Just read the dialogues, they're here to tell you what to do. And either you do the fight the regulkar way, and it's a though one. Just have a good level, efficient skills, and various potions ^^
For the moment, you can't, it'll be in a later update ^^ I only focus my work on Illonia first, as it was the biggest part, and the others NPC will come after ^^

Oh really ? That's weird... She should give it to you when you hand out the first paper, and when handing the second, you get the new quest. If it didn't work, I guess it's a bug. i'll look into it.
Yeah, I know, the quest book plugin doesn't work in the Android version. Nothing I can do about it, sadly :/ I'd recommand using Joiplay to rn the PC version on Android, that sould work better

Nope. You might have missed this, but basically the software I used change, and i'm not able to make a Android port anymore. i sent a call for help, and got no replies to it. So I have no plans of releasing an Android version for the moment. Use Joiplay, from what I've heard, it's working very well ^^
You're missing a page, and I can't know which one it is . The Watcher can tell you the some tips on where to find them. And in case you're having too much trouble, you should have the walkthrough in the game folder ^^
While having the game translated to another language can be cool, and I'm completly up for it, it is not something I'm planning to do own my own, or allow much time to for. So if someone wants to do it, no problem, I can send the game folder, and let them translate it all themselves. But I won't do the part to implement the translation myself, for example. I can help here and there, but it's not something that feels worth too much of my time, honestly ^^' Because I already have way too many things to do.
RPGM isn't complex, it's made to be used by kids, so it shouldn't require too much computer knowledge. It's just a long task ^^

Maybe never. I am unable to make one. I need someone to help me with it, and no one proposed themselves. So try software like joiplay, that makes you able to run RPGm games on android.

Sadly, as explained in the latest post, I wasn't able to do an Android port. I'm searching for someone to help with it. In the meantime, you'll have to use apps to run RPGM games on Android, like Joiplay.
