Damn, nice job! Really great use of the assets—you've managed to create a truly cohesive experience! You captured the post-apocalyptic feeling really well. The character movement was super smooth, and the shooting felt great. Awesome job with the narrative, and that plot twist was a nice touch!
P.S. I realized way too late that you can speed up the text by holding space. 😅 A small suggestion if you plan to work on it after the jam: consider adding a skip button or an indicator showing that you can speed up the text with the space bar. Also, making the bullets disappear when they hit the ground could be a nice touch.
