Hi, I adore the game and had a great time with it, is there a place the community gathers? If not, let go here and ask some questions I have about it
#1 temporary dice seem to be the best option to use for hunting or Rest Phase. There are quite a few cards that grant them. Is that intended?
#2 In Arrival Phase, you draw one card and use for both journey and location table. Is there a some patter to the pairings, because to me, it seemed more intuitive to draw a new card for each
#3 Sometimes prompts ask you to lose a resource you don't have, including step one in Arrival Phase. I assume then nothing happens, but it feels a bit wrong to leverage such rules. I am considering imposing a penalty like wound or losing dice, Any thoughts?

Yes, temporary dice are great to lose for hunting because you were going to lose them anyway :)

There is no reason you couldn’t draw a new card for each. In fact I tend to play this way when I run games at conventions, because it increases the chances of drawing Jokers. But, no, there are no thematic pairings to the cards between journey and location tables.

On page 17, the rules forbid you from taking a bonus from a prompt if you have the choice, but for prompts that have you lose a resource you don’t have (or the arrival step), nothing happens, rules as written. For a more challenging game however, suffering a pentalty seems like a great idea!
