There is something blocking me from clicking on the Play button. Please see included screen grab. As you can see the Play button is covered up and cannot be clicked on. I hope this helps you locate the issue.
The issue is likely solved, it was only the Canvas not scaling with screen size hence why it was fine for me but not for you, i hope it is resolved now. Enjoy !
