Can someone help me. I just lost all my save flies just like that. I started the game and they where all gone

Your saves should be located in AHITR/Game/Saves. There's also a backup that's synced in: Appdata/Roaming/Renpy/AHITR
Android is in: Internal Storage > Documents > ahitr_storage
Can you see if those locations have any saves?
