It should be recruit 1 chicken warrior to the coop per action spent on this (so with 4 chicken actions, you can recruit 0-4 chickens) There is a slight typo where I left it plural
Cool, that’s kind of what I figured it was. I just wasn’t sure if there was a way to upgrade it to make it 2 warriors per recruit or something.
