I'm curious as to whether this is usable as a writer's inspiration (which I think it is) and whether it is adapted to using it in a sci-fi environment ?
I definitely think it is usable for both writer's inspiration and for sci-fi. It is designed to work with any type of setting, and though it may take a bit of massaging to apply the prompts to a sci-fi setting, it is definitely doable.
