Where do i find the collar/choker for the park exhib? love the game btw
You need to progress through Rachels questline. Find secret path to school, and talk to her a lot - Rest of progression is fairly self explanatory
and you can give it to rachel by just interacting a lot once done her storyline, still no luck on robin though
does this step stay unchanged even if i gave the collar/choker through the cheats?
getting rachel far enough in her storyline basically causes you to get far enough in the park storyline, so yeah
i keep meeting her in the school in the nighttime, but she only repeats stuff now.
